Is the mask machine washable? How do I clean it?
Absolutely. Simply detach the internal hardware and place the fabric cover into the included mesh bag. Use a gentle, cold-water cycle and avoid heat drying. The mesh bag also doubles as a travel pouch to keep your SoundMask Air fresh on the go.
Does this have active noise cancellation (ANC)?
Our SoundMask Air uses passive noise masking rather than ANC to drown out environmental sounds, such as air conditioning or background hums, with internal masking sound. This allows for a more natural and restful environment.
